North Town Mall

North Town Mall was designed as a major commercial destination for Mumbai, envisioned at a large scale and developed in detail as a comprehensive mall proposal. The design explored a full retail and entertainment program with strong spatial clarity and destination character. While the project was not executed, it remains a significant part of the studio’s portfolio for its ambition and the scale of planning undertaken.
