Fun Republic
Fun Republic is one of the earliest ground-up malls in Mumbai, conceived as a complete destination that integrates retail, food & beverage, and a multiplex. The project was designed to go beyond being a shopping centre, shaping the mall as a public place where people gather, pause, and spend time within landscaped outdoor edges and stepped social zones.

Designed as a Community-First Urban Space
A key design intent was to prioritise pedestrian movement over vehicular circulation at the front of the mall, allowing the public realm to extend into the site. The stepped edges and landscaped surroundings encourage people to sit, meet, and linger, turning the mall into a social anchor for the neighbourhood rather than just a transactional retail environment.
