Cubic Mall
Cubic Mall emerged from a design competition win for a very tight urban site in Chembur, requiring a compact and highly efficient planning approach. The project balances commercial performance with architectural identity, responding to constraints through precise spatial organisation and facade articulation.

Making a Compact Mall Visually Active
The facade and lighting strategy were used to give the building a strong urban presence despite limited frontage and site constraints. Vertical elements and illumination concepts were designed to animate the building edge at night, helping the mall read as an active destination within a dense commercial context.
